Milkvetch in many varieties abound in May and June.  While it is easy to say “There’s another milkvetch,” it is difficult, for me, to say exactly which one.  Of the eight species that follow these pictures I have done my best.  I am not a botanist.  Just a guy with a camera and a pair of hiking boots. Standing Milkvetch  (Astragalus adsurgens)
