Pink Smartweed (Polygonum sp.)

Scarlet, Pink, Lady’s Thumb?  Whatever it is is has strong runners.  At North Sterling State Park the runners seem to race toward the receding water.  There is also a white version.

Tiny, tiny flowers hidden in there.
