Though usually much larger than the tracks of a Turkey, the Blue Heron spore can be recognized because its fourth toe leaves the rear mark.  This is absent in Turkeys.  Blue Heron

Based on where I found this, I suspect it is a Blue Heron pellet.  Many large birds produce pellets when much of what they eat is indigestible.  Owls, always, and even hawks and eagles.Scat (Blue Heron Pellet?)
