Hopi Tea Greenthread (Thelesperma megapotamicum)

Navajo Tea, Hopi Tea, Greenthread?  Bundle and dry the twigs and steep to taste.  There is actually a tea sold commercially as “Greenthread.”

Obvious why it is called “Greenthread.”
