Most people have stepped out in the morning to see a dew-bejeweled piece of artwork on their lawn.  Attempts to discover the artist fail as it is a creature of the night.  The way to find it is to take a flashlight out after dark.  The light doesn’t bother the spider, but it is so small it is difficult to see.  Its common name is Grass Spider and it is all over the country.  It is harmless.  In fact, why don’t you take it inside for the Winter.

At least six eyes are visible here, but I suspect it has eight.
