Brewer’s Blackbird

I seldom see these except in the Pawnee Buttes area.  Similar to the Common Grackle but it has a smaller bill and tends to be blacker.  And nicer.  See Common Grackle for comparison.  The Common Grackle’s tail resembles a boat rudder when in flight.
